This project involved the design and build of a 1200 tonne grain drying store which was constructed on a greenfield site. We obtained planning permission for the client and constructed foundations, steel work, single skin cladding to the roof using natural coloured Profile 6 sheeting and to the vertical, plastic coated box profile sheeting.

 

We constructed 3m high concrete retaining panels and supplied and installed requisite grain drying equipment which included a hardwood drive-on ventilating floor, hardwood main air-duct duplex axial flow fans with automatic humidity controllers and drainage to the building with galvanised roller shutter door
